How to become a member

Membership in Alabama Music Teachers Association is open to anyone involved in the Music profession, and is not limited to those persons living in Alabama. Information about the organization and an application form may be requested from the Second Vice-President for Membership. In order to become a member of AMTA, one must also be, or become, a member of Music Teachers National Association. These memberships are procured by sending in the application form to MTNA (see address below) with the pertinent information and the required fees. This information is then relayed to the AMTA Membership VP, who will then issue the new member a Student Activities Handbook and a Membership Directory.
